TelTec helped design the downsizing plan, which included a switch from a traditional fax to an e-fax, necessitated by issues with the community internet in the shared office space.
The new e-fax is working perfectly. The fax to email was the exact solution we needed because I am able to fax from my computer which is helpful since I am not in the office much. Also, it is very convenient that we all get the faxes to our email so I can save them to the files.
In addition, the attorneys adopted the use of the TelTec mobile app, so that they can receive calls when they are out of the office. The app allows them to return calls from their cell phone, but the number which appears on outgoing caller ID is our office number that clients are familiar with.
One of our attorneys recently was out of the country, noticed he had received messages from clients, and was able to call them using the app.

TelTec has been our telephone service provider for several years and we have been completely satisfied with the service that they have given to our company. If we ever have a service interruption, TelTec has the issued handled right away or they have an alternate plan to continue with minimal down time. In 2021, TelTec provided us with a plan for replacing our outdated telephone system. They came up with a solution that fits our company needs and we have been very happy with our new system and the installation.
We have worked with the TelTec team for several years now. We began working with TelTec as our business internet provider. After having a great experience we moved all of our phone systems to TelTec. We call, they pick up the phone, if the person on the phone cannot solve our issue we have a call within minutes from a staff member that is familiar with our issue and our issues are resolved in a timely manner. Just good old fashion customer service from a high-tech provider.
