Q: How do I make changes due to emergency closure?

Q: If I have E-fax, how do I use it?

To send faxes via Email, compose a new email and put the phone number of the destination in the “To” field, followed by @fax.myvoiceportal.com (e.g. 1234567890@fax.myvoiceportal.com). The subject line and body of the email will act as a cover page, and any attachments will become the contents of the fax.

Q: Can I use my mobile device to accept and place calls?

Customers using a TelTec hosted or hybrid solution can use their mobile devices to accept and place calls. To activate this service, search for the TelTec Business Mobile App in your native app store. Once the application is installed, login to it the same way you would login to the Portal.

Q: How do I use the Web Phone?

To use the Web Phone Client, first login to the Portal using Google Chrome. In the upper-right corner, click on Apps and then chose the Web Phone Client. Upon first login, Google Chrome will request permissions to access the system’s microphone. You must accept this prompt or the Web Phone will not register. Once the Web Phone has launched, you can place and receive calls using your computer’s speakers and microphone (generally this would be achieved with a headset).

Q: How do I reset my Voicemail PIN?

To reset your Voicemail PIN, first login to the Portal. Once you are logged in, click your profile name from the top-right corner and select Profile. At the bottom of the resulting splash screen, input your desired pin in the New PIN field and click Save
